Facebook: Stop Discriminating Against the Poor!

Facebook now requires new accounts to supply a cell phone number and/or photo ID. Most poor people can't afford a cell phone and many, especially young, don't have a photo ID. This is discriminatory and needs to stop. They allow as young as 13 to make accounts. How many 13 year olds have photo ID?
