ARE YOU BEING CHARGED FOR UNEXPLAINED EXCESS DATA USAGE WITH TELSTRA?

For the last few months, my family has appeared to be using data on our devices that are currently on plans with Telstra. These charges are unexplainable, as majority of the time all these devices are connected to our home wifi, background apps closed, Cellular data is switched off. Yet every month we are having to argue with Complaints in regards to this. After doing some research, I found many others across Australia are having the same issues. Each time I try and bring this up with Telstra, they claim that our devices are faulty, and refuse to investigate the way they meter data usage.

Something is WRONG with their system, and its time Telstra was held to account! They are routinely ripping many consumers off every month and it needs to stop!
