Stop the Ontario City council from instituting a sales tax

A lot of people shop in the City of Ontario, people from Idaho drive to shop in our city, instituting a sales tax is just going to make it less likely to bring in more businesses, deter Idaho residents from shopping here, and put further financial strain on our community and citizens that live in one of the most impoverished counties in Oregon.
