Re-new Joel Gibson's Coaching Contract

It is unfair to Joel Gibson, the young wrestlers, and the entire Phoenix/Talent wrestling program to discontinue his coaching contract. We propose you re-evaluate your decision, and re-new his contract. One poorly handled situation, or momentary lapse in character cannot outweigh all the countless hours of work put in, and the positive impact made on these young adults lives.
