Shut down Base School in Horry County

Base Schools like Carolina Forest High School and Socastee High School and St. James High School are screwing up the class rankings for the Scholars Academy. These people did not take the opportunities for AP courses and therefore inflate the class rankings of those hardworking individuals who did. Therefore, I am proposing that we shut down all base high schools until they offer nothing but AP courses. This is also going to solve the problem of magnet schools such as Scholars Academy offering "GPA Boosters" also known as harder classes. Please support the initiative to make education fairer.
