Free Travel for all 16-18 yr olds in full time education, not just those in London!

Currently all children in full time education in the London area are given an Oyster card enabling them to travel free throughout the London area. Move outside London, and 16-18 year olds at school have to pay hundreds of pounds a year to travel to and from school, and also pay adult fares every time they want to travel on local buses and trains at the weekends or in holidays. This is outright discrimination, and we are calling for all 16-18 year olds in full time education to be given the same benefits as those who live in London. Soon it will be compulsory for all children to remain in education until the age of 18 - this government should ensure there is equal access to free travel to go alongside this.
