Bring back play-offs to the Elementary and Middle School Non-Check leagues.

On October 16, 2014, the Delco School Hockey League ("DSHL") announced that they were removing playoffs from the Elementary and Middle School Non-Check ("MSB") leagues.  Since the announcement, we have been encouraged to demonstrate to the DSHL that the majority of parents / coaches are in favor of having the play-off return.

The intent of this petition is to show the DSHL that we their paying customers want play-offs back or at the very least, a compromise of having a tournament weekend where all teams participate in competitive brackets, which ultimately determines champions at the varios levels.
