Rehab Techs deserve equal pay!

In many hospitals across the country they have a equal rate of pay across the board for night shift differential. Craig hospital is not one of these facilities. We Techs understand that Rn's receive higher pay for a reason, but we feel the night shift differential should be the same for all of the nursing staff.
