For Hampshire county council to pay school contracts with in 30 days and not 30 working days

This is for all taxi/private hire companies with in the new forest and hampshire region who struggle with the payments time frame that is contracted within the contract HCC give us.

We understand HCC need time to process payments but we would like them to understand that we have to pay bills and staff and have to out lay a lot of money in somes cases to provide this service for them. some times it can be a big struggle so all we ask is that we are paid within 30 days instead of 30 working days
