Reduce Time For Incarcarared Non Violent first Time Drug offenders

We Need To do something Now!!  Have you noticed that Drug Offenders in the U.S.A. are doing more time then Murders, Child Molesters, etc.  And first time Drug Offenders with no violent offences are at the top of that list.  So a person who Rapes and Kills is more likely to be released from prison before a Drug Offender who has no violence on his record.  This Is Not Right!!  But To Exercise Our Rights Is!!  Let's Stand United and Make A Differnce!!  PLEASE SIGN!!    United We Stand, Divided We Fall!!    PEACE
