Supercell: Allow Level One Clash Royale Players Access to Legendadies in the Shop

Level One's need legendaries in Clash Royale to push on ladder. With the recent change to the shop. Level 1 accounts only have access to the first 3 chest slots, and legendaries appear in the 6th chest slot. So Level 1's no longer receive legendary chests in the shop, which provide legendaries from every arena, and Level 1's can no longer purchase legendaries once last 3,000 trophies. Level 1's can only get legendaries from chests according to their arena and special offers by arena.

We ask Supercell to allow Level 1's access to the whole shop, thereby bringing back a regular legendary chest cycle, and allowing Level 1's to purchase legendary cards once above 3,000 trophies.
