Put an End to Brittney's Power Struggle

As a floor, we believe our RA is abusing her authority. She uses the concept of taking visitation away as a threat to us. We believe that she isn't handling her job with professionalism as she needs to. Instead of one person losing visitation as a consequence, she removes it from the floor without a discussion or compromise between her floor. Also as an RA she has rules and regulations she should follow as well and she has broken a very important policy. Girls on the floor have withnessed her breaking a very important policy and felt very uncomfortbale being placed in this situation. She then told the girls to not say anything. The people signing believe she is unfit as an RA and needs to be reviewed.
