Bend rules, be individual

In Tashkent, Ministry of Education tightly controls the rules of appearance in schools and lyceums. They demand all students look the same. Same uniform, same haircut and etc. And The main problem is not only appearence rules, but in whole education system. It always seemed to me they turn students into same robots, not individual personalities.

This petition is against haircuts and it would be the first step in our way.
