Dictator's should not stop us from our rights to smoke outdoors

The mayor and city council want to make our parks non smoking even though our tax dollars pay to maintain these parks. Us smokers even pay more taxes than non smokers we should have equal right of protection and be treated equally not discriminated against by these non smokers?
