Making deadbeats work again Act

In America we have a growing population of deadbeat parents collecting child support. There is nothing wrong with collecting child support if you are providing for the kid and not living off the support. The sad part is our country is paying for them to be Deadbeats without any repercussions .I want to petition this act to make sure that the person receiving child support can support themselves and their child. If the parent receiving child support quits or gets fired from their job they have three months to find another job or child support will be delayed. And should be deemed in the eyes of the Court financially not responsible to take care of a child.
