Restore the Friendship trail bridge

This Historic Bridge across Old Tampa Bay has been in use for many years, but has been neglicted.  It's use as a bike trail, hicking trail, fishing pier, and sight seeing outpost is undisputed.  The cost to tear it down is considerable.  With a greater community involvement, the bridge could be saved.  I want to see the bridge saved.  Our counties need this unifying bridge across the Bay.

The Tampa Bay area desperitly needs more bike trails.  Closing this bridge adds over 20 miles to my bike ride to Clearwater
