Issues with Dialysis Machines, Dialysis Vicinity and Outside Clinic Site that Need to be Resolved

Dear Sir/Madam: 



A few of the clients and I are concerned about the following issues and would like to see these issues resolved in a timely and judicious manner: 



1.   The outside covering for the walkway – It was promised that the cover to protect us from rain, cold and snow would be placed at the walkway.  This has yet to happen and we would like to know when this would be resolved.

2.  The drain is stopped up which causes us to walk in puddles of water.  We would like to know when will this be resolved?

3.  The chairs are torn and worn out.  When are new chairs going to be provided?

4.  Who takes care of the dialysis machines and how often are they cleaned?  Sometimes blood is on the machines and we, the patients, think these machines should be sanitized and cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day, probably after each patient's use.
