Stop Abuse on the Disable and Ederly Abuse not in Facilities

Should be stricter Laws if they are nurses any professional or just regular people that take advantage of these people it should be a felony . Large fines. And if reported to the work place it should be investigate and the employee should be fired . If the employee does not fire them the victim should be able to sue the employer of the abuser and the abusers. The abuser of disable , handicap, and elderly should have jail time up to 10 yrs and should lose their licenses if a professional . Should make a national list like they do for child molester for others to be aware of these people.Laws need to be stronger and police should have to enforce the law.
