Pacific University Needs Sign Language

Pacific University will be cutting one million dollars from the Arts and Humanities Budget this upcoming academic year. Our intention is to demonstrate the overwhelming support to continue offering American Sign Language as an accredited course.

We, the students of Pacific University, and the Boxer community at large, address Dr. Lisa Carstens, the dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Pacific University. We wholeheartedly encourage the continued use of ASL as a component of our curriculum; it serves to fulfill [].
