Allowing Author SD Hildreth to publish Dying To Survive

Author SD Hildreth's book Dying To Survive has been banned and blocked from Amazon.com based on the contents of the book. Some find this book offensive however the description clearly states the contents of this book. 

The author should have the right to publish his work and not be the victim of a witch hunt. Lets put a stop to this injustice and help Dying to Survive back on the shelves at Amazon.com.
