Designated Guest Parking Spaces for the Crossing's Patio Homes

The homeowners who live in the Patio Homes most definitely need and are entitled to have available guest spaces for family and friends. While the other Crossing's HOA's have designated guest parking spaces, we have none! For those of us with large families with multiple cars, have parties or have guests visiting on a regular basis, we have no available designated parking. There are available locations throughout the Patio Homes area for guest parking spaces to be incorporated in the common areas. Please sign this petition as a Patio Home owner to inform our Patio Homes HOA that we need and want designated guest parking spaces throughout our community.
