The State of Oklahoma has just passed a bill to make it possible to expel young children if they are causing harm to other.
The young children are being bullied by the older children on school buses. We should mandatory teachers to be required to ride a school bus everyday. There are more teachers than buses so they might have to do this once a week. I believe this will stop the bullying of young children.
