BLOCK the Enhanced Access deal between Comcast and Netflix

This deal is the death knell for Net Neutrality. It's unfair to other streaming video services (Hulu, et al) and is anti-competitive. The FCC should declare the Internet to be a Common Carrier, just like the telephone network.
