disturbance of the Peace

You the neighbor in question repeatedly disturbs the peace and harmony of all your neighbors by speaking loudly in your back yard and also letting your dog bark. You have been asked many times to stop the behaviour and you just let it get louder. You have a responsibility to obey the rules of the Home Owners Association which state you may not at any time cause a disturbance in the community which bothers your neighbors. Failure to comply will result in being turned into the HOA and/or the law enforcement. We the under signing neighbors do hereby give your last warning.
