Let Florida Incarcerated Mommy's have a change!

There are over 2.3 million women in prison that are mothers! They are being taken away from their children leaving the child to be raised by someone else! There are 8 states that have a program that allows mother and their kids to be together, Florida is not one of them! But it should be! The first year, year and a half of the child being born is the most imporant time for the mother and child to bond, for mothers who arent able to be with their babies because they are in prison that really puts a damp on the mother and child's relationship. Florida needs a program that allows mothers and their children to be together.
