End Commercial Lender Mortgage Fraud. Use Public Banks

Our Position, based on the facts. Currently, commercial lenders create mortgages based on borrower's/borrowers' promise to pay and borrowers pay for two or three houses through interest to live in one.

The commercial lender completes with a digital entry and tiny expense of insuring the mortgage.

Introduce public banks that allow reayment at low cost with small admin fee and 'pay as you can' terms and with forgivable terms for hardship situations.

Undo grave injustices through Courts that abdicated their responsbilities, defrauded the public, and plundered their victims, through retroactive legislation that force the courts to disgorge illegal profits handed out to plunderers. End obstruction of justice.
