Stop 24 Hour Fitness from discriminating against service dogs!

They have discriminated against me dozens of times over several years. I'm locked in a struggle to get my membership back after they cancelled it three times. They have company policy inline with the ADA, but the executives of the company direct the managers to ignore their policy and the law and discriminate against people with service dogs. Help me send a message. To end the discrimination and follow the law, as well as reinstate me as a member.

Their lawyers have yet to refile for a restraining order after I beat them in court. A sign of weakness? SHARE the petition. This could change my life.

Frank Napolitano's lawyer lost in court trying to get a restraining order against me. The lawsuit is still pending, but the temporary restraining order is gone. One step down, many to go.
