Fire Huntsville Police Officer Joshua Bates immediately for lying to the FBI and GRAND JURY!

Joshua Bates stood by and watched as Officer Russell beat a handcuffed citizen. He admits to lying about this for four years. He only admitted to seeing the beating after he was given immunity. Huntsville does not need an officer like this in service, especially one who trains other officers. He repeatedly lied to the FBI, Internal Affairs, and even the grand jury. All FEDERAL crimes! How can we trust him to enforce the law when he has no regard for the law. How can we trust any testimony he gives in future cases?
