Urge REI to Donate At Least 1% Of Sales

REI donates less than 1% of total sales to community and environmental causes. We believe this should be more. REI, as one of the largest outdoor companies in the world should be a leader, not a follower, in corporate social and environmental responsibility. We, as members and concerned citizens, feel that REI should join Patagonia and the over 100 other organizations that are part of 1% of the Planet - businesses committed to leveraging their resources to create a healthier planet by donating at least 1% of their sales to environmental causes.
