Save Christians in India Facing Systematic, Severe and Escalating Genocide led by the State and Gurus Over the Past Decade

Dear Representatives of the United Nations Human Rights Mechanisms,
Dear International Authorities, Governments, and Defenders of Human Rights,

We urgently bring to your attention the alarming ongoing and escalating persecution of Christians in India, which has reached an unprecedented level due to systematic deliberate brainwashing of the Hindu masses, day in and day out, through lies, falsified exaggerated history and intentional misinformation, propagated by certain Hindu gurus and the government of Narendra Modi, who are offended by the slightest conversions to Christianity. Gurus and government actors propagate false stories and histories portraying Christians (even mother Teresa) as evil, and Hindus as victims, while the reality is the exact opposite! For them, every conversion is considered "forced"; they seem unable and unwilling even to conceive that conversions to Christ can happen willingly.

This persecution is not accidental, isolated, or spontaneous as Prime Minister Modi has been making you to believe. It is the result of decades of organized, continuous indoctrination, fueled by jealousy about the revival of Christianity, hatred towards the Christian faith, a fanatic zeal for reviving hinduism and desperate, active attempts to convert the world to it, thus a political agenda aimed at eliminating prayerful faithful Christians from India, whose very loving, peaceful and god-radiating presence is contagious in attracting people to Christ, thus seen as a threat, as these gurus and the government cannot comprehend nor swallow how a Hindu would choose to become a Christian.

Prayerful Christians are facing extreme harassment, assaults, looting, intrusion into prayer meetings, forced chanting of hindu gods' names even by the police, violent beatings, even killings and mass murders, automatic imprisonment, and deprivation of basic rights under anti-conversion laws. They are also subjected to excommunication and discrimination, churches are vandalized and Bibles are burned. More shockingly, the police not only stand idle, merely watching, waiting for Christians to receive some more beatings instead of protecting them, but in some instances also participate in the persecution, forcing pastors to bow and venere hindu gods.
Yet when Hindus convert Christians to Hinduism, no Christian persecutes them.
The persecuted Christians of India are of the purest quality, displaying extraordinary patience. They do not even defend themselves against persecution, nor do they flee; they just stand still, receiving all the violent beatings until they collapse and die. Rather than cursing Hindus or retaliating, they stand united in prayer, praying that their persecutors may come to know the love of God!

For documented evidence, we urge authorities to review testimonies and reports such as those collected by the Facebook page Persecuted Saints, which represent various yet only a fraction of what is occurring daily across India. For decades, Hindu gurus and government authorities have brainwashed their population with lies and hatred about Christianity, culminating in the violent wave of persecution we witness today. We emphasize that this is not a series of isolated events, this is an organized agenda aimed at eliminating Christianity. Gurus and the government seem hysterical at the idea that anyone would convert to Christ. They censor any case of conversion they hear of, immediately jailing the involved pastor or citizen under the anti-conversion law, falsely accusing them of 'forcing conversions; then they foce converts to undergo 'ghar wapsi' (which literally means 'return to their former faith'), sometimes through threats, beatings, and even murder, depriving them under the anti-conversion law, of their basic rights when they refuse. Christians are accused of conversion although their percentage did not increase but remains at 2.3% of the indian population.

The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, has consistently ignored these atrocities over the years and pretended as though no such thing exists in India instead of condemning them and holding perpetrators accountable. On the contrary, his government punishes, assaults and jails the victims!

Gurus and the government make Hindus believe that Christians convert Hindus with a rice bag in the name of charity, labeling pastors and missionaries as "rice bags". But if that were true, how cheap would Hinduism have to be to be 'sold' for a rice bag? And how valuable must Christianity be in the eyes of the converts that they refuse to renounce Christ, even as Hindus beat them to force them to 'ghar wapsi', threaten them, excommunicate them, deprive them of their basic rights under anti-conversion laws, and even kill them? How can anyone willingly risk sacrificing their life for a rice bag? And how is it logically possible that anyone would change his faith despite all threats for a bag of rice? If hindus think a rice bag truly has such power, then why don't they offer it themselves to the converts to make them return to Hinduism, instead of persecuting, hating, and murdering them? The answer is clear: Christianity holds immense value to its followers, those who chose it, did so because they were convicted by the Lord Jesus, and not by bribe.
Meanwhile, Hindus pretend innocence, and when faced with evidene, they recite their brainwashed prejudices to justify the perpetratos. They pretend innocence yet the violence appears incrusted in their very blood and body language. They are so swift to beat and kill cold-heartedly, as a casualty!

Moreover, Gurus and the government have dug up a rotten history, falsifying it in a way that exaggerates the evil of the British while ignoring its advantages from which they still benefit to this day, to sow hatred among Hindus and provoke them to persecute Christians. They do not inform people how deeply flawed their civilization was (and still is), based on the caste system and widespread ignorance, where education was reserved only for a handful of people serving the gurus. Had their civilization truly been successful, no one would have dared to come in. In fact, it is because of Christians that their society even exists today to argue and accuse! Christians built them the schools, universities, and hospitals that remain active to this day, enabling their civilization to survive and thrive. Yet, ungrateful as they are, they bite the hand that helped them, while they themselves weren't/aren't less innocent. It seems that only Christians have been honest about their history, while everyone else takes advantage of this to place all the evil accusations on them, forgetting that they too engaged in wars with even greater wickedness, and that Christians were not only conquerors but also were and still are victims of targeted genocides. Christianity remains the most persecuted faith in the world.
While they go on demonizing Christians, these gurus never mention their own Hindu wars, including civil wars in an era when the primary response of humanity was the sword. Instead, they lie, making it appear as though they were a civilization of enlightened, successful, wealthy beings destroyed by the British. In truth, their history is filled with more bloodshed and murder than that of all religions combined, even one of their own gods, who led a war through a boy, killed millions, and even compelled this boy to kill his siblings. Regardless of spiritual interpretation of this story, why did this "righteous" god need to do so if, as they claim, they are the oldest religion and their civilization was entirely peaceful and enlightened? They also seem to confuse older for truer.

They claim that Chrisianity was imported by the British, which is not true. Christianity started in India through Saint Thomas after the ascension of Christ, and then progressively expanded on the blood of the martyrs.

This deceit extends internationally. These gurus are actively spreading their ideology in America and Europe, claiming to promote peace and enlightenment while spreading lies to ridicule Christianity. They intentionally wage an intellectual war through deceit and misinterpretation of the Bible instead of revealing its depth, aiming to deconstruct the belief in the divinity of Christ and in the redemption through his sacrifice (and a walk with His Spirit) which is God's gift/covenant with humanity for salvation, a truth that they reject despite it being prophesied in all ancient texts, including theirs, by fear of losing their customs. Instead, they make the people believe that they can arrive through enlightenment practices or devotion to their gods. Yet even the Buddha, every time he reached a new heavenly realm and thought he had arrived, only later realized that he had not arrived but still had a lot to go.
They seek recognition and certificates from local governments and the United Nations, presenting themselves as victims, nation of enlightenment and promoters of peace, when in reality, they are the persecutors.

The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, has deliberately denied the persecution for years, presenting an image of religious harmony while his government and allied gurus propagate hate and incite violence. His public appearance in a church this Christmas, is used to create to the world the illusion of peace, and to Indian Christians the illusion of reconciliation, while the reality on the ground is starkly different. If Modi truly sought reconciliation, he would condemn persecution and punish the perpetrators, which he never did. Rather, he thrives on deceit, projecting to the world an image contrary to reality.

Recent reports illustrate the gravity of the situation (Examples):

- In a village in northern India, Pastor Das (65) and his wife were attacked by a Hindu mob after being invited to bless a pregnant Christian woman. The mob beat them with slaps, punches, and kicks, held them hostage, forced the pastor to write an apology, destroyed the Bibles he had in the car, and forced him to set them on fire while chanting praises to the Hindu god Rama.

- On December 20-22, in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, Hindu extremists disrupted Catholic prayer meetings, accusing participants of forced conversion. Videos show a visually impaired church member being abused by a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader of the party of Modi, in front of children while police officers stood by.

- Christmas-season attacks condemned by the Catholic Bishops' Conference of India (CBCI), including assaults on peaceful carol singers and prayer meetings.

- Many various other types of cases and extreme violence.

The Prime Minister Modi might attempt again as a fox, to make these atrocities appear occasional or sporadic, to preserve India's image as his government has ambitions in the West. Do not believe him! Innumerable evidences of mob attacks have been recorded, persecution can no longer be conceiled!
These incidents are NOT rare! But Systematic, recurrent, and higly increasing, yet the perpetrators are left unpunished while the victims severly penalized.  Gurus continue to spread lies and hatred, presenting themselves as a peaceful religion in the West while actively persecuting Christians in India.

We urgently ask you, as leaders and authorities with influence who are committed to human rights, not to ignore this alarming and horrific situation. Turning a blind eye to it could mean the extinction of the faithful Christians in India. We implore you to call upon Prime Minister Modi and his government to stop the brainwashing and the persecution and restrain the persecutors, instead of feigning the government's innocence and pretending that this persecution does not exist. Evidences are real and far too abundant to be denied! Most importantly, they need to understand that when someone repeats the Pastor's words declaring their belief in Christ, this does not mean they are being "forced" to convert. The person does not become a Christian at the moment of the declaration; rather, they are formalizing their commitment to the Christian faith through this declaration. It is similar to marriage: the person agrees to unite with their partner PRIOR to the ceremony day where they only formalize this agreement. Should we say that Hindus are being forced into marriage when they repeat vows after their elders on the ceremony day?

In all countries where other religions are majority, Christians are persecuted! However, in Western countries where Christians are majority, Christians protect the other religions' presence so warmly that they benevolently compromise and repress their own faith, thinking that this is what "freedom of religion" is about.

Christians in India are living under fear, oppression, and extreme violence. Their faith, resilience, and rights must be defended. We implore you to act swiftly before more lives are irreparably harmed.
