All Knox County School Employees get discount for Higher Education for their children and not jus

I am a member of the Knox County Schools staff. I am considered a Classified Employee, and since I am not Certified, I cannot get the discount for Higher Education that the Certified employees get. I feel that it is not fair to Classified employees because we generally make less money than the Certified employees do and therefore it is harder for us to send our children to college. Also, all State employees that work at institutions like University of Tennessee hospital, campus and Lakeshore get the discount why don't we? I thought we were considered state along with the county because we get funded by the state.  I think that this discount should apply to ALL Knox County School Employees, not just a select few.
