An Oklahoma court recently passed a law that states forced oral sex with a victim that is completely unconscious is not considered rape and therefore is not punishable by law. This law protects offenders, and leaves victims of assault without protection or justice. Oklahoma condones rape. Sign this petition to protect victims of sexual assault and abolish the idea that rape of any kind is acceptable and legal.
