All restaurants and food stores should donate all food stuffs, that are safe to eat, to the hungry and needy in their communities by law.

There are too many hungry and needy people in the USA, children and adults, that we as a Super Power Nation, need to focus more on our own before we try to save the world. I see many companies and many advertisements for feeding and clothing other countries but very little about feeding and clothing our own.
I am petitioning for a law that would require all restaurants, food stores, and clothing stores should be required to donate all food that is still good to eat and clothes that are still wearable, to people that can use them on a daily or weekly basis. There should be no wasting of good food and good clothing just because it is out of style or because it is just scraps unused. This could potentially create jobs for some to provide pickup for the items being donated.
