Demand a U.S.A. National Referendum on ending legislatively Qualified Immunity at all levels of Government and in the Judicial branch of Government

So many people are taking power through election or appointment in various branches of government to do evil and self serve and then hiding under the guise of qualified immunity. we need to bring this issue to a national and local referendum in this next presidential election. a separate vote on the issue to end all these murders and crime by police and people in the justice dept. we need to be able to hold individuals accountable for their indiscretions.at every level and in ever department. Judges and prosecutors and police and prison and jail gaurds and politicians who do wrong.. presidents and senators who choose party over the people and congress members who give aid and comfort to criminals all need to answer and not be shielded by qualified immunity. every bureaucrat and appointed or elected in every nook and cranny of gov should be held individually responsible for their activities..lets end this super power of qualified immunity.
