The T-Mobile/Sprint Merger Will Hurt Workers and Consumers: We Support the Attorneys General Lawsuit

If T-Mobile merges with Sprint, it will mean higher prices for consumers, the loss of 30,000 jobs, and lower wages for wireless workers.

A group of Attorneys General have issued an antitrust complaint to block the proposed merger, but T-Mobile's lobbyists are trying to pressure state Attorneys General to drop their lawsuit before it goes to trial in December.
