Rezone a portion of Second Ave (east side between A and Van Buren) from single family residential to Office Commercial or Auto Commercial

This property lies between Office Residential and Auto Commercial on the east and Institutional and Urban Residential on the west. It gets a lot of traffic already with people going to AVTEC and Two Lakes Park. That combined with the early morning plowing at AVTEC are not conducive to a purely residential zone.
