STOP THE PLUMMETING OF OUR PROPERTY VALUES AND PREVENT THE END OF OUR PEACE OF MIND HERE AT KILLARNEY BAY!

Investors are trying to propose the zoning for and operation of a 13,000 sq. ft. day care and pre school facility directly across the lane from the very entrance to our community, which will result in a complete overload of all of our immediate area's water, sewer, and traffic resources, not to mention the value of our properties and quiet and tranquility that we sought when we chose to live here.
