Vote for Kindness by Banning Lethal Weapons from Prison Gaurds - Use Tranquilizer Darts to Stop Escaping Prisoners

The prison system in America is too brutal. Does someone really deserve to suffer just for trying to escape from prison? If you were in prison, wouldn't you try to escape? Prisoners have their weight on record, so you don't have to worry about guessing their weight wrong and accidentally making a killer dart instead of a tranquilizer dart. You will also have to go to medical school to become a prison guard to make sure you don't accidentally make a killer dart instead of a tranquilizer dart.
