Petition GL Homes in Riverstone to allow fencing to be attached to wall behind homes on Atlantic Cir

Residents whose homes back up to the southside wall of Riverstone should sign this petition for the following reasons:

1) It enhances property value

2) It was allowed at the north side wall at Bering Court and platting of both walls at Collier County is identical.

3) Rear property line fencing is expensive and aesthetically unattractive and devalues your property

4) Fencing to the wall prevents access behind your home
