our kids know what they want revise the law for a child to decide which parent they would like to live with

The current law for the state of New Jersey says a child cannot decide with whom they wish to live with until the age of 12. But we are currently living in the world where a child's mind develops earlier then it had Generations prior. Which leaves me to see that a simple question can be asked of them witch house they choose to live in...
