Janet Jackson Should not have been banned from The 2004 Grammy Awards

Janet Jackson has been banned from performing or presenting at the 2004 Grammy Awards as per News article in The New York Post.
Due to a mistake in the performance at the Super Bowl, there has been a lot of controversy due to the half-time performance with Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake.
Viacom, CBS, and the FCC has combined forces to ban Janet Jackson from the Grammy Awards airing this Sunday.
They are inflicting an unjust punishment on Janet, when on everyday shows you see more sexual situations on reality TV shows aired by the same networks.
Even as a publictity stunt, there have been other artists who have conducted themselves indecently on major televised events ie: Britney and Madonna ("The Kiss"). The exposure of Lil Kim's breast on a previous airing of an MTV award show was acceptable, so why is this being blown out of proportion? MTV reaches as large an audience on weekly basis as network television, Appealing to a mass majority of younger audiences, So why is Janet being used as an example?
By signing this petition, We are telling Viacom, CBS, And the FCC that the censorship of Janet Jackson is unfair in light of the fact that Justin Timberlake will be allowed to perform and present at the Grammys, even though he was equally at fault for the incident.
