Reinstate drivers who's license have been revoke for dui's that have not driven or ref fended in atleast 8 years, that can prove rehabilitation

  • mottagare: Those who desire a fresh start after 3 to 4 dui's with no new offenses or have not driven or had a drink in atleast 8 years or more nor any outstanding previous court obligation's

The issue that concern's me is dui offender's who have  4 dui's or less but since have not reoffended nor have driven, in 8 years or more.  Having proof that they have been rehabilitated. Desiring a second chance at driving again with a regular license, with no restriction's or stipulation's required and having met all previous court requirments.
