I believe that our youth he commit crimes under age of 21 should be rehabilitated offered programd job placements physiactric evaluation and mit locked up all thier luves to rott im an imviroment that violence maybe the only solution to survive in such co

im comcerned i see a growing number of youth recieving life in prison or over half thier life expectancy in prison without programs no rehabilitation throwm into an inviroment that makes them violent angry being abused by law inforcement that needs a pay check and often overstep their boundries in thier position with no compasion at the end of the day these are human beings not animals who often get forgotten and musunderstood i realize all criminals do not deserve a chance but those who do why must they be overlooked and thrown away ..i have loved ones who have not commited murder.or sex crimes serving hard time yet i see murders with less time sex offenders who slip thru the cracks of a broken system preying om our innocent how can we fix this i vow to find ways to hopefully find a ear to at least hear our cries as mothers grandmothers fathers sisters brothers to change something fix this problem..thank all who took time to hear my frusrations God bless
