The social injustice and the constitutional rights of women, men and children are more violated in family court than any other environment. We the people petition the ACLU of New Mexico to recognize it. We rank #2 in child abuse and we believe family court and the experts they appoint are the biggest contributor.
We the people are asking for legal aid in suing the state of New Mexico for liable action taken against the citizens and families that have been damaged due to neglect and abuse by family court and the experts that they appoint.
