Repeal Cruel Deportation Laws!
Current laws rip families apart by permanently separating children from their parents, often for minor offenses. Deportation is an unfair and excessive punishment. Under current law, children are erased from the equation as immigration judges do not have the power to consider the harm to children before deporting their parents. Millions of U.S. citizen children will continue to be abandoned if we don’t change our deportation laws.
If you could please send this to every one you know to help me fight for the right of my children to have a mother present in their life. Just maybe a short note to let me know you are standing behind me and my family.

PLEASE HELP MY FAMILY STAY TOGETHER.
I am asking you to sign this sheet to ask the governor Charlie Christ and president Bush to give me a pardon to stay in order to keep my family together. so that I can raise my children and to be a mother to my children,
My name is Liesl Garzon. On April 19 2007 My 4 year old daughter was removed by the Longwood police department by order of family Judge James Perry who signed an Emergency Pick up order for my former husband. The INS officer gave evidence to the judge in behalf of my former husband stating that in her expert opinion I have no chance of remaining in the US . My former husband has lied in order to get the emergency pick up order. Even though he committed perjury nothing had happened to him.
My former husband, a Colombian, spent 7 years in prison on drug charges. . Even with his prison record for being involved with drugs he got a pardon to stay.
My former husband’s new girlfriend, a former strip club manager was some time ago arrested after a 8 month investigation for selling drugs.
His ex-girlfriend with whom he has 2 children has been in prison for theft over $100 00.00. She is Currently up on charges for theft again. She also is not a US citizen
My 4 year old Daughter Maghan is very confused. From our separation up to the time of the pick up order her father had nothing to do with her. Now suddenly when he found that I was going to testify in a criminal hearing and that he will probably be held liable for child support at a hearing he runs to the INS with a pack of lies in an attempt to get me deported .
I have a 17 year old daughter and my grandchild, a 1 year old baby girl as well as Maghan to support. If I do get deported I will loose my family.
I am fighting not to be separated from my family.
I believe in the justness and fairness of the American Justice system. I believe that if the true facts are heard that justice will prevail and that I will officially be recognized as an American Citizen by virtue of my integrity as a person and as a mother and that I will be granted the opportunity to remain in America as a citizen of that great country to raise my family with dignity.
