Demand to ban restraint chairs and severely prosecute anyone using them and anyone involved in any way.

Andrew Houseman died naked on the floor of SLO county jail. He was in a restraint chair for nearly two days straight. This is sadistic. And those involved should be fired and face jail time. The restraint chair should be banned and any attempt to bring it back should be met with severe consequences. With my dying breath, I will speak for the mentally ill. Bottom line: there must be consequences for things like this. No restraint chair!! Prosecution for those involved in this poor man's death who shouldn't have even been there in the first place. Justice must reign or I'll never shut up about it.
