Google: Please add an option to disable Auto-Dimming on iOS' Google Maps app AND Increase voice volu

This is to show Google how many users truly desire the ability to have the following in the iOS version of Google Maps (which is / is not already implemented in the Maps.app by Apple):

1. Add a killswitch option to disable (or enable) the Automatic brightness level adjustment 

2. Increase the volume level of the turn-by-turn voice navigation, so that it can actually be audible, without the volume being at high levels (or if possible: decrease the volume of the currently playing background audio, like the Maps.app does)
