Ensure Africa's Rural Schoolchildren Aren't Left Behind

Children in rural Africa are at a critical disadvantage: living in small villages miles away from schools, an education is often considered a luxury. Nearby schools are in poor condition, and good teachers are hard to find. It's no surprise, then, that some areas have up to an 80% illiteracy rate.

A lack of early education has damaging long-term effects on these children: without school, their chances of rising out of poverty dwindle.

Classroom Africa works to ensure that all children – no matter where they live – have access to educational resources, allowing them to lead more prosperous lives and break the cycle of poverty in their communities. They provide access to education in conjunction with facilitating communities' participation in conservation efforts, but they cannot do this alone. Classroom Africa needs your support to continue building new schools in regions where education and conservation are both direly needed.

Please sign your name and support Classroom Africa's mission to bring education to rural Africa, and conserve its precious wildlife!
