Congress: End the Youth Homelessness Crisis!
An entire generation of young people living in America — 4.2 million each year — could be homeless for their lifetime if we don't take action now. Without access to safe beds and nourishing meals, educational opportunities and job training, mental health counseling and loving care, they have little chance of leading stable, productive lives.
Our political leaders can make real and positive changes to keep kids from experiencing homelessness, but nothing will change if they don't take urgent action to end this social injustice.
We need Congress to support policies and regulatory measures that will increase affordable housing and provide support for kids before they end up in a cruel and dangerous cycle of poverty and homelessness.
Right now, homelessness in the United States affects millions of young people. This problem is unacceptable in any nation, let alone one of the wealthiest in the world. Sign the petition today to send a message to your Congressional representative: it's time to make ending the youth homelessness crisis a top priority! Every child deserves a safe place to sleep and hope for a brighter future.

I urge you to support policies and regulatory measures designed to increase access to affordable housing. In doing so, we can help ensure that no one ever has to spend a night on the street.
