INVESTIGATE BURNHAM DAIRY FARMS AT 2411 NE 54th Trail, OKEECHOBEE FL 34972 IMMEDIATELY AND IF FOUND GUILTY CHARGE AND ARREST RANDY AND GARY BURNHAM AND HIS CREW WITH EXTREME ANIMAL ABUSE, NEGLECT & ANIMAL CRUELTY.

A video Thursday shown above showing a pile of dead cows that it claims came from a Florida dairy farm in the same town where another farm was recently accused of inhumane treatment.The group says its undercover investigators shot the video at Burnham Farms on NE 54th Trail in Okeechobee in August. ARM wrote in a news release the video shows "extensive and widespread abuse and neglect of dairy cows on the farm." ARM wants criminal charges brought against the owner of the farm, the location boss, dairy farm workers and their supervisors.CBS12 spoke with the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office about the accusations. Spokeswoman Michele Bell said the "allegations at the Burnham Farm is non-criminal," and "the case is being investigated by DEP and [the] Okeechobee County Health Department."

RANDY AND DOUGLAS BURNHAM, owner of BURHAM Dairy Farms, located at 2411 NE 54th Trail, Okeechobee, FL 34972 Telephone # (863) 763-5087 and his farm were filmed by ARM which exposed Extreme Animal Abuse, Extreme Animal Cruelty at their farm. Sign this petition and demand that Randy and Gary Burnham and his crew be investigated by the Okeechobee Sheriffs Department and Florida Department of Agriculture  from the proof provided by the video by Arm. If found guilty we demand that Burnham Dairy Farms be shut down in OKEECHOBEE FLORIDA!!! We are requesting immediate action to hold this farm which was documented during the investigation accountable for their crimes.

In Florida, it is a crime to abuse or cruelly kill an animal, or to confine an animal without sufficient food, water or exercise. Florida’s cruelty to animals statutes (Chapter 828) apply to all animals,
